Where Have You Been Workout

All you need is a weighted ball of some sort. I didn’t have an Ugi ball at the gym, but used a smaller 10lb. medicine ball and it worked perfectly. Be ready to sweat!

How long did it take?: 12 minutes
Was it tough?: YES! Wow. The first three exercises are tough, but doable. Then you get to the fourth—pushups with alternating knee-to-opposite-elbow—and you just start to shake and drip sweat.
Did I feel like I got a good workout in?: Oh heck yeah. Anything with a burpee, tuck jump, and pushups is a good workout, no matter the length.
Why I liked it: Short, sweet, simple, minimal equipment, and hardcore.
Do I recommend it?: This is not for the weak of heart! Or weak of ankles, knees, shoulders, or back. Since you are jumping and doing lots of pushups, it’s not easy. But, if you’re in good working order, are feeling good, and need a challenge, do this. Do it now!
