Thanks to two days of birthday celebrations, I didn’t do much work for once. (*whispering* I must say, it was quite nice to take a breather from everything.)

I do have a recipe to share and I didn’t want to scoot in on Motivation Monday’s territory tomorrow. So, without further ado, here it is!

Healthy Guac Chip Dip
Ingredients

-1 avocado
-3 Tbsp. chunky medium salsa
-3 Tbsp. garbanzo beans
-To taste: spiced peppers, black pepper, and onion powder

Directions
Pulse all ingredients in a Cuisinart or a blender. That’s it! So simple, delicious, and pretty darn healthy. It had the boyfriend approval 🙂
