Don’t let the fear of failure scare you from trying!

Busy, busy, busy! I know you know the feeling so I have two things to say: be a little selfish and take 10 minutes a day for yourself (and I strongly suggest you make it physically active!) and strive to find the good in everything this week. So even when something goes wrong, flip it on its good side and stay there.

Need to Read
My friends—and bosses—at Anytime Fitness hit the web with a short, true story today. Read it and remind yourself that you deserve a little time. Making it count toward your health and fitness side is always a good choice 🙂 .

How much is one serving? I always get confused—still—with what’s considered a serving. Because meat is different than veggies, which is different than nuts, which is different than dairy. Use this guide to help you figure which is what.

My Challenge for You
Pick one health, diet, or fitness goal for the week and prove to yourself that you can stick it out until next Monday. My goal: To use my foam roller for at least a few minutes every day on my legs and back. I bought it for a reason, now I’m going to make sure I’m putting it to use!

    I’m thinking about your challenge. I need to decide on a diet or fitness goal for the week. It seems like such a little thing, but these baby steps and tiny goals turn into big wins over time. Thanks for the inspiration!

    • Hey Amy! Jodie and Josh are my bosses at the Anytime Fitness here in town and they are such great people, I just had to share Jodie’s story with everyone! So anyone can send in their own story? I love it! I will definitely have to do that. As for your challenge, I always encourage people to do one of a few things: drink 8 cups of water a day, work out for a least 10 mins. a day, or jump into bed 20-30 mins. earlier each night for a week!
