Your mind is your biggest enemy. Believe and achieve.

Happy Monday! WOO! Are you as excited for this week as I am? 🙂 Now, I’m not 100% sure why I’m so happy and/or excited, but I’m wondering if it had to do with the AWESOME workouts I did on Saturday and Sunday! Honestly, it makes me smile thinking about the workouts. It got me back into plyometrics a bit (I’ve been taking it easy since I was getting way tired) and I do some major rep-age.

Workout to Try: 5-4-3-2-1 At Home Workout
*Equipment needed: a set of dumbbells (I used 5s), a timer of some sort, and a chair (optional). The only thing I did differently was do the pushups and dips off hand weights instead of dips off a chair. Oh, and I only did it once through because that’s all the time I had, but woo-ee! That’s all ya need to get sweaty. Once again, I must have looked like a magician—I walked into the group exercise room all normal-looking and walked out 15 minutes later dripping sweat and red-faced. *High Five*
