Fit doesn’t just apply to your body, but your mind, emotions, and soul as well.

Today’s post is all about being happy and living life day by day without regrets. It’s something I’m really trying to focus on and something I’m really trying to instill upon those around me. Today is one day. Tomorrow is another. Next week is yet to be done. Next month will be decided once we get through today and tomorrow and many more.

You don’t have your current health habits—eating, exercise, sleep, stress, work, social—in just one day. Heck, you didn’t get them in one week. Everything takes times. It took time to gain weight; it takes time to take it off. But everything worth having is worth working for. I truly believe that.

So here’s to doing things the real way, which usually means it’s not very easy. But ya know what? It’s worth it. It really is.

I’m loving this article by Fit Bottomed Girls. It’s what I’ve been saying all along—working out at home can be easy, fast, crazy-intense, and fun, no DVD required.

I loves me some avocados. And whoop! Look at all of the benefits.
