What’s Left of May

This is a good goal! Do it to it!

June is here! And it’s cold in Michigan. Like Fall-style cold. I’m not a huge fan of it, even though I love Fall. It’s not time for Fall yet, though. It’s time for jogs outside and beach volleyball and napping in the sun.

My challenge for everyone is to pick one meh point from May and improve on it. Did you spend three nights a week drinking? Trim it down to two. Did you only get to the gym three days a week? Amp it up to four. Increase your intake of fresh fruits and veggies and natural, raw foods (like almonds) and decrease your take-out stops. Little things. They add up big time.

My goals? Focus on drinking a glass of water with every meal or before every snack so I don’t mindlessly eat; pair a glass of water with my alcoholic beverage; try to limit my s’more and ice cream intake to twice/week; find ways to get up and move more when I’m doing freelance, no matter what!
