BodyRockTV – Hot Girls Sweat

Another scantily-clad BodyRock workout... Dang her abs!

Lisa Marie’s definitely in some skimpy clothing for this video, but it’s hard to deny the fact that the chica can pull it off. And at least she’s not wearing that at the gym… Equipment needed—she uses her sandbag and dip station; I used a kettlebell (a regular weight will do) and the handles of two spin bikes.

How long did it take? 12 min.
Was it tough?
So-so—my arms got tired near the end, but not so much my legs.
Did I feel like I got a good workout in?
Yes, but I don’t think I’d be satisfied with just doing this for a day’s workout. I can see doing it more than once, or after a walk or run.
Why I liked it:
Short, sweet, no real time for rest, and a total-body workout.
Do I recommend it?
Definitely. I wasn’t sweating heavily, but I was definitely winded and felt worked. It’s easy to do at home and I think it would be a really great workout paired with a run or fast walk on an incline. You could do this workout first, then do some steady cardio, then do one more round of this. THAT would be a solid workout, fosho. As for ease when it comes to equipment… You need a weight of some sort, a place to do tricep dips and incline pushups from (a stair, couch, table, etc.), and a place you can do reverse pull-ups from (I used the handles of two spin bikes at the gym).
