Thirsty Thursday Workout

You have time. You just have to be creative and make your workout a priority.

I would be rich if I got paid $1 for every time a friend, family member, client, class participant, or random person told me that they were too busy to find time to get to the gym.

Guess what—YOU DON’T NEED A GYM TO GET FIT! Your body is a fitness machine in and of itself. You also don’t need to spend an hour, 5 days/week getting sweaty and lifting heavy to get into shape. Sure, lifting heavier and finding a solid hour to sweat and burn calories is ideal, but some days are hard time-wise. And there are 24 hours in the day—you really should be moving more than just one hour out of those 24, and it doesn’t have to require buckets of sweat and several showers.

Here’s a workout to try at home. Today. Now. Whether it’s all at once or just one move at a time. Do it. If you can just get through each once, good work! You still moved and challenged your body. At a loss of what to do at the gym today? Write these moves down and do as many sets of each as you can in 20, 30, 45, 60 minutes. I promise you’ll get a great workout.

Thirsty Thursday Workout (Thirsty for water, that is :))
