How would your strength and endurance hold up in The Hunger Games!?

It was a lovely weekend here in Michigan! Not only did I work and get a new client, but I got to do a partial leg day with Doug, we saw The Hunger Games, and we made some darn-good food! As for the movie, we both read the book and were, in all honesty, disappointed with the movie. It didn’t follow the book nearly as close it could have 😦 Boo. I will definitely be sharing our recipes later this week, but it’s Monday again. Monday of spring break for many, but of course, not for me and most of my friends.

What has been keeping you going lately?

What do you need to motivate you to start or stay with what you’re already doing?

For me, it’s always the same things—a quote or two, a few scary-true facts, a new workout move, and a few good recipes or food ideas to get me through the week. If I can score a new workout jam, too, then that’s a bonus!
