Be smart.

What’s the good word on how you’re doing when it comes to eating and keeping your body active? Are you doing well at scheduling workouts and sticking to those dates? What about preparing and consuming foods to fuel you for your day and workouts as opposed to treating your gut like a trash can or garbage disposal?

I know, it’s easier said than done, but just like anything else worth having, you have to fight for it and make some sacrifices. Sometimes you have to MAKE yourself eat something plainer and healthier when you’re craving greasy, not-very-healthy foods in order to train your body to crave healthier foods on a regular basis. The same goes for exercise—sometimes you have to MAKE yourself go to the gym in order to start a good habit and get you to where you want to be. It’s just like studying for exams; you don’t really WANT to study but you HAVE to in order to pass. Having a healthy, fit lifestyle comes by studying, training, and working hard in order to achieve the results you desire. The harder you work and the more disciplined you are, the more of an “A”-quality body you will achieve.
