Motivation Monday

One step at a time. Even if it’s a babystep.

It’s been so busy lately that I’ve hardly had a chance to post! I’m sorry. But, of course, I’m back for Motivation Monday because I think it’s one of the most important days. Life is all about motivation—and I don’t just mean the physical fitness side of it. You cannot accomplish anything in life without motivation, from creating a successful friendship or romantic relationship to a profitable and happy career to your health.

Here are a few of the things keeping me going despite the cold, snowy weather.
