It’s the middle of the week and now that you’ve set goals for your month/year, it’s time to keep you informed on what I’ve been hearing, seeing, and reading in the industry.

From the December ISSA newsletter: In a study published in the Archives of Internal Medicine, researchers found that weekly yoga classes are as effective at relieving low back pain as regular intense stretching. Yogis also had better mobility and daily function for such tasks as bending over and walking up and down steps.
