Motivation Monday

This is my motto… hence my blog name.

Two down, one to go.

Of course I’m referring to holidays. It is THE week. You know the one — the week between Christmas and New Years where there is a ton of leftover food, a dip in motivation, family still in town, and only one week until the New Year and those “dreaded resolutions.” My take on all that? (Even though we’ve already gone over it.) What’s so special about the New Year? I say start today. Now. Right now. What have you done in the physical sense today? What about in terms of nutrition? Did you work out at all? Did you dip into the cookies and treats already? It doesn’t matter; start clean now. Go for a walk. Do some pushups. Play Wii tennis with the kids. Vow to not have another cookie until dessert tonight. Clean some fresh fruit and veggies for snacks and dinner later. Later is never the time to start, now is.

So let’s get down to business with some motivational tricks, tips, facts, and words of wisdom.

Fit Facts
