Happy Holidays, everyone! I am wishing you all a happy, healthy, safe, and smiley holiday season.

My post is short and to-the-point today: Respect yourself. Be happy, enjoy food, get some exercise, don’t binge, and have fun. Smile. Laugh. Spend time with family and friends. Be social. Get some sleep. All of this is part of being healthy because health is really so much more than just fitness and food. All I ask is that while you’re enjoying the festivities, listen to your body. Have respect for the entity that allows you to move, think, act, and do every day. You only get one, so treat it well 🙂
