Thanksgiving – It Doesn’t Have to Be a Disaster

What’s your Turkey Day workout going to be?

Easy for me to say, you think? *Shrug* I say you can do anything that you really want to…

… Like eat like a vegetarian or vegan

… Or bring your own healthy snack or meal to the party.

You think weight gain during the holidays is inevitable? It’s not! You can tackle it.

Don’t think you have time to work out? Yes, you do. I created a 15-minute workout that you can do anywhere. Really. Or feel like challenging yourself? Try all of these different variations of pushups — I promise doing a set of each of these counts as a good workout! Or do the workout that my mentor made for me when she was my personal trainer. Or challenge yourself with some of Bob Harper’s moves of the day.

 

Whatever you decide, remember: You don’t have to go to the gym to get a workout in, but you should treat Thanksgiving like just another day and plan to work out at some point.
