Motivation Monday

I haven’t done cardio or anything more hardcore than Pilates and yoga and a little light weight-lifting since last Wednesday in an effort to heal these darn blisters. Good news: They’re healing. Bad news: I have a lot of catching up to do!

It’s going to be a busy, stressful, rough week getting back into the swing of things (especially when you’re sleep-deprived and it randomly decides to start snowing again!).

What’s keeping me motivated?

Dean Karnazes has been running across America– for real. It’s pretty awesome.  

You’ve heard that running is a great calorie-torcher, stress-reliever, total-body workout and it is. Need more motivation to start incorporating running into your schedule?  

If this move with get me Jill’s abs then I’m in.
