It’s August, which means that summer is technically winding down. Good or bad, indifferent or devasted, it’ll be Labor Day before you know it! Here’s a recap of my You-Really-Should-Check-These-Out-Now picks.

Favorite DVD:

Best Motivator:
Grant Campbell. He’s just amazing. I really want to have the willpower to do this.

Best Song:

Favorite Quote:
“It’s not who you are that holds you back, it’s who you think you’re not.” –Anonymous

Favorite Articles:

Favorite Tips and Tricks I Learned:

  1. The Moving & Improving Conference recap. Was. Pure. Amazing.
  2. Craving killers. When shown graphic images of arterial disease and obesity, study subjects were more likely to choose fruit as a snack than high-calorie grub like chips and cookies, reports Health Psychology. Makes sense—gross images equal negative associations leading to reduced cravings. Logical, I’d say. So start Googling when cravings hit!
